Classes usually take place in the evenings, at weekends, in block weeks or online. The degree often takes longer than full-time study. The programme page shows how sessions are scheduled.
Many of these programmes, especially continuing-education master's degrees, require work experience and charge tuition fees, including at public institutions. For a bachelor's, depending on the federal state, you can be admitted without a school-leaving qualification if you have vocational training and work experience.
Check early with your employer whether you can take time off for on-site sessions. Details come from the institutions' own websites, and the institution's page is authoritative.
