Cookies and device storage
Entries OWWZ uses for sign-in and your preferences.
Accounts are currently closed. OWWZ creates no new sign-in session cookies.
Sign-in
session_id – A cookie identifying your sign-in session. JavaScript cannot read it, and production sends it over HTTPS only. The session normally lasts one day, or 30 days with Remember me. Signing out removes the cookie.
Language
language – A cookie stores your English or German choice for up to one year. The choice is also saved in local device storage until you change it or clear that storage.
Display
theme – Local device storage can contain a previously selected light or dark theme. This entry is not sent to the server as a cookie.
Manage entries
Clear cookies and local storage in your browser’s site settings. You may then need to sign in and choose your language again. You can read the university directory without signing in.
